Quality Assurance: Quality check systems were built into the supervision process especially for the concrete and sub-base works. Mix designs were carried out for the concrete works.
Monitored the implementation of Environmental Mitigation Plan especially in the area of pollution since this is a localised project

Project: Traffic Survey on Trunk roads in Ashanti and Brong Ahafo regions
Obtain accurate, reliable and highly representative data for each counting station.
Determine expansion factors for each class of road in the respective zones.
Establish representative traffic volume trends and travel patterns.
Present traffic volume data on Traffic Flow Map.
Three types of counts were undertaken:
Master Station Count (MSC) -24-hour 7 days
Normal Station Count (NSC) Type I - 13-hour 3 days including 1 weekend day
Normal Station Count (NSC) Type 11- 13 hour 2 weekdays
